Marcum LLP Announces New Advisory Partner: Ruchita Shah
The Orange County Business Journal is excited to announce the appointment of Ruchita Shah as a new partner in Marcum LLP’s Costa Mesa office. Shah brings a wealth of experience in forensic accounting to the Firm’s Advisory Services Group, specializing in supporting litigation related to complex family law matters.
With the ability to testify as an expert witness in both Northern and Southern California, Shah plays a crucial role in assisting counsel with mediation, court hearings, depositions, and expert witness testimony at trial. Her expertise includes analyzing gross cash flow for support and marital estate division, tracing separate property claims, identifying undisclosed assets, and more.
In addition to her work in marital dissolution proceedings, Shah also collaborates on legal positions and case law in preparing pre/post nuptial agreements. She currently serves as the chair of the CalCPA Forensic Services Section for the Orange County/Long Beach chapter.
