Andersen Expands Presence in Florida with New Tampa Office Acquisition

Andersen, the rapidly growing reboot of Arthur Andersen, continues its expansion in Florida with the opening of a new office in Tampa. The firm has brought in 19 tax professionals and four managing directors from Reilly, Fisher & Solomon PA, a tax compliance and planning firm, to join their team.

The move marks Andersen’s second office in Florida, in addition to their West Palm Beach location. The firm’s ambitious growth strategy has seen them expand in the Midwest, Pennsylvania, and Southern California in the past year, as well as launching a Global Valuation Practice in over 20 countries worldwide.

Founded a decade ago by former Andersen partners, Andersen Tax has been rapidly expanding both domestically and internationally. CEO Mark Vorsatz expressed excitement about the firm’s growth in Florida, stating, “Our client base in Florida, including high-net-worth individuals and large businesses, continues to grow, making Tampa an ideal extension of our global platform.”

In addition to the recent expansion in Tampa, Andersen has also added Reibman, a tax compliance and planning firm in San Diego, and 45 professionals in Orange County, California, Des Moines, Iowa, and Pittsburgh. With over 2,000 personnel and close to 300 managing directors in the U.S., Andersen’s presence continues to grow both at home and abroad.
