June Toth Named President of NJCPA for 2024-25 Term

June Toth Named President of New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants

Wilkin & Guttenplan P.C. announced on Monday that Principal June Toth has been appointed as the president of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants for the 2024-25 term.

Toth has been an active member of the NJCPA since 1995, holding various positions such as vice chair and chair of business valuation/forensics accounting, NJCPA PAC chair and secretary, and member of several committees. With over 30 years of experience, Toth is known for her expertise in industries such as not-for-profits, professional services, franchises, and wholesalers.

Before joining WilkinGuttenplan in 2023, Toth served as the managing member at zbt Certified Public Accounting & Consulting LLC in Edison. She has also been involved in various not-for-profit entities and played integral roles within the accounting community.

Dan Fiorentino, managing shareholder at Wilkin & Guttenplan, praised Toth’s leadership abilities and extensive experience, expressing confidence in her ability to excel in her new role as NJCPA president. Ed Guttenplan, managing shareholder emeritus and former NJCPA president, also commended Toth’s talent and deep understanding of the profession.

Toth’s appointment as president of the NJCPA is expected to have a significant impact on the accounting profession, providing her with a platform to further contribute to the industry.
