Annual Service Day at Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander: Giving Back to the Community

Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander (RS&F), LLC, a prominent business advisory and CPA firm, recently held its annual Service Day in partnership with the Y in Central Maryland. The RS&F team members dedicated their time and efforts to various tasks at multiple locations in and around Baltimore.

Managing Partner Jeff Rosen expressed his pride in the team’s enthusiasm and participation during the Service Day, emphasizing the impact they are making on the lives of children in the community. The team engaged in activities to benefit Y Camps, community schools, and head start programs.

At Holabird Academy, volunteers planted vegetables, dismantled chicken coops, cleaned and organized storage closets, and weeded the school grounds. They also assisted the Head Start Baltimore team in producing summer learning packets for low-income children and helped prepare the Catonsville Y for the upcoming summer camp season by spreading mulch, organizing camp gear, and sprucing up the meeting pavilion.

Partner Samantha Haines highlighted the importance of giving back to the community and bonding with the team during service days. She mentioned the laughter, reminiscing about childhoods, and learning more about each other while making a difference in the community.
