Growing up watching crime shows like “Criminal Minds” and “Law & Order,” Hayes always had a fascination with criminal investigation. However, it wasn’t until a chance encounter with FBI agents at a career event that she realized she could combine her love for solving crimes with her accounting degree.

After realizing that finance wasn’t her passion, Hayes decided to pursue a Master’s in Accounting Analytics at Marquette University. This program allowed her to blend accounting, business, and computer science courses, creating a perfect springboard for her varied interests. Hayes has excelled in her studies, completing three internships, serving as president of a student organization, and even studying abroad in Germany.
