National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) Expansion Plan and Admission Courses in India

The National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) in India is set to revolutionize forensic education with a massive 2,254 crore rupee expansion plan announced by the Union government. This funding aims to meet the growing demand for forensic science experts in the country. NFSU, with campuses in Delhi, Goa, and Gujarat, has opened applications for the 2024-25 academic year, offering specialized courses in various forensic disciplines.

Dr. Amit Kumar, Director of Admissions at NFSU, emphasized the importance of this investment in training skilled forensic experts to enhance the efficiency of law enforcement agencies in India. The university offers a range of courses including BSc in Forensic Science, MSc in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics, MBA in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation, as well as MPhil and PhD programs in different forensic specializations.
