Saffery has made a strategic move to expand its national corporate finance team into the south of England by welcoming Hemal Pandit as a director in its Bournemouth office. Pandit, an experienced corporate finance advisor, brings with him a wealth of expertise in the lower mid-market, catering to clients such as private equity firms, owner-managed businesses, listed and private companies. His previous role at RSM as an associate director saw him specializing in due diligence and financial analysis.
Cowgills Announces Three New Partners
Cowgills has recently announced the promotion of three new partners, Ben Barlow, James Greenhalgh, and Jordan Heys, bringing the firm’s partner count to 29. Barlow, who has been appointed in the deal advisory team, started his journey at Cowgills as an audit graduate in 2011 before transitioning to deal advisory in 2015.
